All units have one designated parking space that is numbered. Please park your vehicles in your assigned space. You are permitted one additional vehicle that may park in a visitor parking space. All other vehicles should park off property. Please be sure that all your vehicles and your quest vehicles have a parking permit that is visible from the exterior of the front windshield. Violators can be towed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Beach erosion
Due to the recent storms St. Augustine Beach has experienced erosion, please see videos for current conditions.
The living room in the condo is beautifully furnished, flat screen TV and new Tile floors. Access to the balcony is just off the living room with views of the pool and the ocean.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and nice seating area, this is located on the upper floor with a full size bathroom and washer and dryer. New tile floors throughout.
Pool and ocean view townhouse, occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. Livingroom, kitchen and half bath on entry level with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on top floor. This condo has new tile floors throughout and new carpet on the stairs. Sleeps 4 people.
