All units have one designated parking space that is numbered. Please park your vehicles in your assigned space. You are permitted one additional vehicle that may park in a visitor parking space. All other vehicles should park off property. Please be sure that all your vehicles and your quest vehicles have a parking permit that is visible from the exterior of the front windshield. Violators can be towed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Beach is back
The beach erosion caused by the 2022 storms in St. Augustine Beach has been refilled by a renourishment, please see videos for current and past conditions.
The living room features a large flat screen TV, DVD for your entertainment. Access to the balcony patio is located right off the living room with incredible pool and ocean views.
