All units have one designated parking space that is numbered. Please park your vehicles in your assigned space. You are permitted one additional vehicle that may park in a visitor parking space. All other vehicles should park off property. Please be sure that all your vehicles and your quest vehicles have a parking permit that is visible from the exterior of the front windshield. Violators can be towed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

The beach erosion caused by the 2022 storms in St. Augustine Beach has been refilled by a renourishment, please see videos for current and past conditions.
Pool side with ocean views. The livingroom, kitchen and half bath are on entry level with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the top floor. The condo sleeps 6 people.
