All units have one designated parking space that is numbered. Please park your vehicles in your assigned space. You are permitted one additional vehicle that may park in a visitor parking space. All other vehicles should park off property. Please be sure that all your vehicles and your quest vehicles have a parking permit that is visible from the exterior of the front windshield. Violators can be towed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Premium 2 bedroom 2.5 bath direct oceanfront townhouse. This condo sleeps 4 people. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with the two full baths and washer and dryer. The kitchen, livingroom and half bath are on the first floor . New ceramic tile on the first floor and granite countertops in the kitchen. Balcony overlooking the beach is located just off the living room.
